"Small eclectic quiet hotel with high quality renovation of a historic building. Excellent staff especially Giuseppe (Joseph). Como itself was somewhat disappointing but not the hotel!"

"Great place and the location was perfect. "

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Hotel was very clean. Early check in request accommodated with a small fee. Very much appreciated. Everything in room and kitchen and bathroom worked well."
