"What a gem of a hotel, truly 5 stars! Staff was so friendly, helpful, and gave exceptional service. Air conditioning was amazing, beds comfortable, breakfast included, and loved the in room refrigerator that was stocked with drinks, especially on such hot days. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Located on the heart of Crema, very safe, we enjoyed the bike rentals the hotel arranged for us. Best stay ever!"

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Parking was very easy and free. All the staff were very good but especially the 2 people we had in the restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. But the mature man and the lady in her late 30’s were outstanding. So much so we stayed until they started their shift the day we left. The Villa needs a little be of TLC but it is beautiful and would highly recommend it if you are in the area. 10/10 all the way. Breakfast and dinner were very good."

"We stayed at Hotel Visconti during a heat wave in Europe. The hotel is nice and clean, a little out dated but charming. The staff and breakfast are fantastic, the only real gripe I had is the air conditioning is basically useless, we bought a 10 euro handheld fan from a street vendor that was keeping us more cool than the air conditioning. The only other thing is the walk to public transportation, the busses seemed unreliable and the walk to the train station is about 16 minutes, however you...
