"Low budget accomodation and we (myself, son and daughter, both teenagers) had a lovely time here. Breakfast was rather basic but you had ham, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, muffins, fruits, baguette ...every day. Hot milk, cold milk, lactose free milk too. Kids arrived too for a holiday camp but they were well behaved and polite. We could have our breakfast in a seperate room because of that. Swimming pool was gorgeous. "It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."
