"Hands down my favorite stay of all the places we stayed from Oviedo to Santiago. Although it's a few kilometers short of town, staying here was the best decision we made along the Camino Primitivo. The rooms are simple and perfect. The staff are gracious and generous. The view is incredible. The hotel's unlabeled wine was the best I had in Spain. "The property is so old, traditional and lovely, it was cool like a cave during a very hot 39 degrees day. But the best about it all is Sean and Mynhardt, they're so kind, welcoming and helpful.
