"Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"I highly recommend this place. The stay was very relaxing : the hotel is clean and surrounded by nature, they serve good food and the staff are very friendly. The only problem is it's a little bit far, but there is buses to go and come back from Milan each half hour, unless the guest rented a car. Central park B&B is great for you to relax and escape from the city stress while being 10 minutes away from the city wild life that you can visit anytime you want. "

"I stayed here with my boyfriend during our 3 night stay in Milan. Our experience here was amazing. Convenient and walkable location to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Paulo facilitated all of our needs. We requested pick up from the airport during arrival and drop off at the train station after checkout, and the transportation service was excellent as well. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe place to stay in a great location."

"This place has changed its concept but forgot to make it known - although it's B&B there is no breakfast or any other food here. The only good thing about this place is its central location. Otherwise it very much looks and feels like a hostel although for 160 Euro/day this is a VERY expensive hostel. There is no one ever at the reception of this place, they gove you keys from the building, from the entry, from something else... At night the lift is not working so if your flight is early -...

"This is not a hotel, this is an apartment. The apartment is divided into 3 separate rooms. Noise isolation is missing. You will hear every word spoken in the other room. Check-in is terrible. The keys to the apartment must be picked up at the hotel, 2 km from the apartment itself. Be careful. Check-in at 15.00, Checkout at 11.00. What?"

Options like yogurt, fruit, juice, water, but pastries were retail-wrapped and some a bit dry. Within walking distance of the Duomo. Overall a good value."
