Very clean, well designed, and maintained Comfort Inn. In fact, this was the best Comfort Inn that I've ever stayed at, on the level of Marriott hotels. Pet fee is a bit high at $40. Breakfast was really hearty. Only wished they had a fitness center and elevator. Staff is very professional.

Shaniya Wallace, Front Desk Manager, was wonderful! Shaniya provided excellent above and beyond customer service. We had an issue with our room and she helped us move to another room that was a significant improvement over our room. She handled the issue with professionalism. Shaniya also assisted me with getting WiFi in our new room. I highly recommend Comfort Inn and Suites because of Shaniya.

Hotel was going through a renovation, refacing the outside, we were placed away from the construction but able to hear it in the morning. Hotel ok for the price, would be nice to have an elevator. Beds were comfortable and had air conditioning which was nice.

This is a great hotel and super location for Aspen. They are doing a lot of outside work on the building, but it didn’t bother us too much. There is no gym, which was disappointing but my own fault for not reading the description well enough.

This hotel needs a major remodel. They were doing construction on the outside of the building, but the rooms need a complete makeover. Although clean, the furniture and interior is showing its age. This hotel only offers house cleaning upon request. However, we could get additional towels and wash cloths from the front desk at any time. There are free bicycles for guests, but they are not well maintained and should only be used for short distances. One positive about this hotel was the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, this is a basic hotel nothing fancy, no elevator, no magnifying mirror, no ice machine on the second floor. Given these things were not available I thought the hotel was overpriced. I like the town of Carbondale and you really don’t have any other options… they say the hotel is along the Roaring Fork River, which it is, you just can’t see the river! They do have a beautiful garden in the back where you can sit and watch the hummingbirds, that was my favorite part of this hotel!

Would definitely stay here again, clean hotel, hotel was beautiful and area was super nice, Downfall. We called prior to booking to ask for tractor trailer parking and I clarified 2x while on the phone for a BIG RIG they confirmed. When we got there, there was no parking for it. We had to park in the road which wasn’t ideal at all. Other than that hotel was great.
