Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Please take extra caution with small children on the balcony and DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED.

Parking is very limited and street parking is prohibited. Park in public spaces located within neighborhood, maximum of 2 vehicles. Garage is not available since owner stores personal vehicle however you are welcome to store bikes and personal gear.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
