Cuenca is stunning. We truly enjoyed our stay. We spent 3 days, but could have stayed longer. "

"The views from this hotel are to die for -- a stunning vista of a natural gorge, medieval walls, the monastery-become-parador across the gorge, and the whole hill town curving down below this hotel. The supplement for the good view and balcony are so worth it! Otherwise a fine hotel in a wonderful setting, even if the breakfast spread was a little disappointing. "
