As the area is at risk of wildfires, guests are asked to follow safety rules, such as no smoking outdoors. The barbecue is sheltered, and it’s important to water the area around it after use.



One pet is allowed; you are responsible for keeping both indoor and outdoor areas clean. Any damage or lack of cleanliness may be deducted from the deposit. Since the outside area is not fully fenced, we recommend keeping your pet on a leash for its safety.



The property offers 2 shared parking spaces on site for your convenience. Please note that parties and events are not permitted on the property.
