"First of all, we did not stay at the property! When we arrived to check in we were taken to the back of the property and shown a one bedroom apartment. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the listing we had booked was a two bedroom apartment. It simply was unacceptable and we requested a refund on the spot. Was told by daisy that we needed to contact VRBO, which we later learned was a lie. We contacted VRBO and although they seemed concerned and helpful, I have yet to see a refund for the property...

"I absolutely loved this place it made my experience in Cebu more exciting because its located in the community not in a fancy resort area. The home was clean and communication with the landlord was very fast and the housekeeper was readily available for all of my needs or concerns. The neighbors were very nice and home very convenient to all attractions. I will be going back to Cebu in a couple of months and hands down I will be trying my best to book this place again"

"The place is very small. They had bugs. The security are not very nice. There's security guard in every corner of the place. They will ask your name and everyone else on your party and write them down. They charge 300 pesos/night for parking if you have your own vehicle. The place is so far out of the highway the you'd need your own vehicle to stay there. I don't recommend it. I will never come back."
