As you cannot bring your car into the medieval city, the hotel has an efficient system in which you park outside the city and the hotel arranges for your bags to be delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time. "

Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom sparkled. The accommodation was excellent! The downside however was the restaurant. Our dinners were expensive, bland, and the choices were limited at the buffet counter. The service was good, which helped mitigate an otherwise negative experience. I highly recommend this hotel, but would suggest dining elsewhere. "

The pool and seating area were a welcome place to relax and cool off. The staff were all friendly and welcoming (and spoke good English if, like me, your French isn't the best!) Secure parking an added bonus too."
