In the heart of Green Provence, you live in a HOUSE on one level, nestled on a Mediterranean hillside of 6ha. View of the lake of Carcès

The whole family benefits from the SWIMMING POOL (7m X 4m). (1.50m deep).

The HOUSE, renovated, includes 2 bedrooms with their doors opening onto the nature, a living room, a beautiful open well equipped contemporary kitchen separated by a bar and 4 stools
a small bathroom and a separate toilet.

But the real place of life, from breakfast until late in the evening, is the large Provencal terrace of 50 m2 extending the house south side.

If you dream of a holiday "to ask you" in peace, in the middle of nature, this house is for you.
But if you are in love with "active holidays", if you like to "walk" and go to discover the country it is a hike place.
Golfers friends that of Barbaroux is the closest (14 km) as for the other very numerous of the VAR they are about a good hour
Accro-branches for the pleasure of young and old.

Do not miss the impressive Gorges du Verdon to discover in canoe-kayak, or paddle boats, and the lake of Sainte Croix for swimming.

The beautiful cliffs of the "Vallon Sourn" for the pleasure of climbers (confirmed or beginners) .and fresh water baths
But also walks in the hills with donkeys, ponies, and horses

You can even enjoy a day at the sea in Hyères and its islands, Toulon, Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Polo tournaments of Saint Gatien in July August etc ...

Ein schöner Platz zum Entspannen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet, das man im Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig mit schöner Aussicht, die große Eiche spendet angenehmen Schatten. Handy- und Datenempfang ist eher schwach, aber das macht den Urlaub noch entspannter.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage, besonders genossen haben wir den Pool und die Terrasse. In dem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Außen hui, innen pfui!
Vor Ort haben wir das Objekt wieder verlassen, da es, wie sich im Nachgang herausstellte, nach den Vormietern nicht gereinigt wurde. (Extrem verdrecktes Bad/Toilette, Küche usw.) Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar sowie Liegenauflagen, Sofa etc. abgewohnt und mit Flecken und Schmutz übersät. Die Verwaltung vor Ort lässt anscheinend zu wünschen übrig, wenn das Objekt im nicht gereinigten Zustand übergeben wird. Für uns war es noch dazu sehr ärgerlich eine neue Unterkunft bzw. Ferienhaus in sehr kurzer zu finden. Zumindest hat sich der Vermieter schnell darum gekümmert, dass die geleistete Zahlung schnell zurück gezahlt wurde. Wir können das Objekt nicht empfehlen.

Terrasses suspendues sur un cadre incroyable
Belle piscine, plusieurs espaces pour se restaurer au soleil ou à l'ombre. Bel ombrage naturel (chênes) pour conserver la maison fraîche toute la journée. Au calme, car ce village du lac reste très isolé. Internet 4G que par SFR. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Au cœur de la Provence verte.
Un lieu pour les contemplatifs qui n'ont pas peur de s'isoler au bout d'un chemin. Pas d'Internet, quasiment pas de voisins. À 13 minutes des premiers commerces (Carcès, petit Intermarché bien achalandé), À 25 minutes de Cotignac qui vaut le détour. Les points forts sont la piscine et la vue. Une région merveilleuse. Propriétaire charmant (tout se fait par téléphone).

Schönes Haus mit Privatpool
Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung toller Terrasse und super Privatpool. Zum Glück spendet die Eiche vor dem Haus den ganzen Tag Schatten so war die Hitze dieses Jahr gut zu ertragen.
