"While the room for two is not huge it is very functional, and spotless. The bathroom is great, the two oversized singles made an extra large king, side by side. The Buffet breakfast was yummo! Set in the historic clean catacombs of the hotel space, a wonderment to behold. The hotel lobby is a delightful space to relax, and the staff was wonderful!! We will be back!!"

Technology is integrated in every nuance. My wife and I travel for pleasure, frequently. She and I agreed that SLS is one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. First floor had a club type vibe upon entry. Lots of travelers enjoying drinks and socializing. Our room was very nice. Premium touches were throughout. Impressed. Would highly recommend. The hotel manager took time, herself, to assist with our luggage - Unexpected, yet shows the level of commitment SLS has to providing an excellent experience. "

"During pre-reservation/check-in they almost additionally charge us thousands AGAIN to “book” our reservation, when we already booked and paid thousands on Expedia months before. Had to get on a call with Expedia to sort everything out and turns out it was a mistake on their end. However the hotel ended up reaching out and clarified things. Also had ants in our room that would crawl on the tables, cabinets, and bed. Room was smaller than expected and walls are thin. There is construction outside but we were facing the courtyard so didn’t hear much. On the upsides, staff were very helpful and kind. Helped us luggage storage since we got here in the morning. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Location is fantastic and near most attractions within a train ride or walk away. Honestly the best part of the trip. Better staying at a hostel for the price though. Honestly a stressful experience, disappointing, and frustrating overall. However location, staff, and transportation convenience makes up for everything."
