Apartments of about 55 square meters each consisting of: a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Swimming pool exclusively for residence guests.
The apartments are divided into three types:
* 2 First floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Arista Mountain and a sea view veranda where you can eat.
* 2 central ground floors, these ones are the most reserved, with a wider veranda and double entrance to the kitchen / living room and a private barbecue area
*2 Front ground floors equipped with a large veranda with granite columns and a reserved barbecue area; bathrooms adapted for people with reduced functionality of the lower limbs

A video surveillance system is present in the access area to the property and in the pool area in order to guarantee total safety

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10
It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment cost 50€
Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer mit wunderschöner Anlage
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der Ferienwohnung für 2,5 Wochen und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anlage ist mit einem großzügigen Garten angelegt, der sehr gut gepflegt wird und sowohl praktisch zum Spielen für die Kinder, als auch schön ist. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - Marco der die Ferienwohnungen verwaltet, beantwortet jede Frage umgehend und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Grazie di tutto!

Es war alles wunderschön. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig was uns sehr gefallen hat. Am Stand war immer sehr wenig los. Wer jedoch Clubs und Menschenmassen sucht muss vorher noch mit dem Auto fahren.

Sehr schöne Anlage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool war immer sauber und bietet einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Zur andern Seite hin befindet sich der Stand , der nur durch die wenig befahrenen Straße zur Anlage entfernt ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Restaurants. Es gibt tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.

Entspannter Urlaub am Meer!
Das Objekt ist nagelneu und sehr schön. Das einzige, was uns zu denken gegeben hat, war die große Fläche eines sehr gepflegten grünen Rasens, der regelmäßig gewässert wurde. Das in Südeuropa bei unserem Klimawechsel. Ein Steingarten mit Sukkulenten wäre in der heutigen Zeit vielleicht angemessener. Ansonsten war aber alles wirklich super. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür, ein kleines Salzwasserpool hinterm Haus und die Berge im HIntergrund.

Wunderschöne Anlage
Es war rund um ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und der Check-in-Vorgang sowie Check-out-Vorgang war Dank Alessandro problemlos und einfach! Alles im Internet beschriebene war genauso so anzutreffen. Bei den neuen und gepflegten Appartements wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, weiter so! Die Lage ist ferner hervorragend, da man schnell den Strand vor der Türe hat und naheliegende Strände wie beispielsweise Cea schnell mit dem Auto erreichen kann. @Alessandro: herzlichen Dank für deine Bemühungen und bis zum nächsten Mal!
