"Su Moddissi" is a cottage situated only 250 metres from the beautiful beach called  Perdepera and 3km from the village Cardedu. The accomodation comprises a living room with kitchenette, 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a delightful garden (300 sq) and  a spacious veranda can be found there. 
The cottage can accommodate 6 people thanks to the day bed in the living room.

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Tolle Lage, aber in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft
Wir verbrachten eine Woche unseres Urlaubs im August 2023 hier. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut. Der Sandstrand ist nur 200 Meter entfernt und erstreckt sich schätzungsweise über 1km. Der Strand ist sauber und auch in der Hochsaison nicht allzu sehr überlaufen. Allerdings wird das Wasser sehr schnell tief, sodass man nach 4 Metern als Erwachsener nicht mehr stehen kann. Das Ferienhaus ist prinzipiell sehr schön, ABER in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung! Der Putz bröckelt, die Türen haben Schäden es gibt keine Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen und für die Stühle auf der Terrasse. Zudem waren bei unserer Ankunft 3 Lampen im Haus defekt, eine Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig und nicht ordentlich sauber und kaputte Töpfe und andere Küchenutensilien standen in den Schränken. Der Außenbereich war bei unserer Ankunft ebenfalls nicht sauber und im Außengrill lag noch die abgebrannte Holzkohle vom Vorgänger! Der Rasen im garten war am Anfang verbrannt und dürre und erst bei unserer Abreise wieder Grün, da wir täglich wässerten. Das alles ist einer Ferienunterkunft NICHT würdig, zumal Extrakosten für Klimaanlage (50 Euro), Endreinigung (70 Euro) und Bettwäsche (60 Euro) hinzukommen. Wir beschwerten uns bei All4Sardinia, dem Verwalter des Objektes. Marco, ein Mitarbeiter der Firma war sehr bemüht alles in Ordnung zu bringen, dennoch hätten wir uns den Ärger und Stress gerne gespart! Fazit: Es gibt bessere Unterkünfte!

Einsam im Oktober dafür Paradies für Hunde
Ja ab Oktober fällt Sardinien in den Dornröschenschlaf….kamen mit Wohnmobil und Fähre in Olbia an. Hinter Nuovo hört die Autobahn auf und bis Cardedu sind dann viele Serpentinen teilweise sehr enge Straßen. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt hinter dem Parkplatz von dem Ferien-Ressort Perdedu, von dem aus auch der Lärm kommt den diverse andere schon beschrieben haben. Er besteht hauptsächlich durch das Knallen der Autotüren. Hinter dem Parkplatz ist direkt der Strand mit Bäumen und Toiletten. Das Wasser wird sofort tief, also nichts für kleine Kinder oder Nichtschwimmer. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Große Einfahrt, sodass wir das Wohnmobil innerhalb der Anlage parken konnten. Schöne überdachte Terrasse mit stabilen Gartenmöbeln. Die Aussendusche war super, da die Duschen in den Badezimmern nur 80x80, dafür große Betten in den Schlafzimmern. Angeblich gibt es ab 2023 auch deutsche Fernsehsender. Man benötigt Adapter für unsere Stecker. Alessandro wohnt direkt nebenan, war aber um die Jahreszeit nicht mehr da. Auch sämtliche Restaurants am Strand waren im Oktober bereits geschlossen. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist dann in Cardedu, also 4,5 km entfernt. Da wir um die Jahreszeit fast immer alleine am Strand waren, konnten wir die Hunde mitnehmen und frei laufen lassen…..alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Ferienhaus mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

calme, propre, proche de la mer
Le logement est bien posé, le petit jardin caché en herbes avec le pelouse, la plage excelente 3 minutes a pieds, le gril extérieur fonctionne très bien, il y a un petit poissonnier à Cardedo, ils ont toujours du poisson frais le matin, le romarin pousse dans le jardin, que demander de plus...

Vacanza al mare
Grazie Alessandro e Marco per la vostra disponibilità. La casa corrisponde alle foto in tutti i suoi aspetti. Zanzariere ovunque molto importante per la sera e per dormire con le finestre aperte. Il Wi-Fi si può migliorare 👍🏼😉. La location è ok per il mare a piedi acqua bella e profonda . Spiaggie più belle a 15-20 minuti di macchina. Raccomando il posto. Grazie ancora a presto. Mandateci qualche newsletter di case in affitto in bei posti da visitare in Settembre, al sud di preferenza ☀️⛱🌈

Sardinien Pfingsten 2021
Sauberer und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Komplett abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Während unseren Aufenthalts (Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni) war es angenehm ruhig. Das Meer war leider mit 18°-19°C noch ein wenig kalt zum Baden. Der Verwalter war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem (Gas war leer), was sofort behoben wurde. Die Bezahlung ist korrekt und transparent abgelaufen. Würde ich wieder buchen.
