- Modern beach design two bedroom 2 bath private condo .5 miles to the beach and 3.5 miles to the Del Mar Racetrack. Freeway close. New mattresses and kitchen countertops. Three large screen smart TV’s with Roku. Outdoor shower, full size washer and dryer, blackout blinds in both bedrooms, whole house fans in both bedrooms, large wine fridge, oversized bathtub. Access to Olympic sized pool with jacuzzi. Great park like setting with lots of open green space. Close to world famous Seaside Market.
