Guests and occupancy
9 person maximum occupancy.

Guests who are not staying in at the property are permitted only between the hours 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.

No more than 9 people are allowed on the premises at any time. No gatherings, events or parties.

Quiet hours are from 10PM – 9AM every day. No outdoor music or loud conversation during quiet hours. After 10PM, noise must be under 40dB, which is library quiet. This limit is a condition of short term rental permits in the city of Encinitas and will be strictly enforced. You will be fined $1000 if we are cited by the city or if the cops are called

No smoking.

Parking
2 car maximum on the property.

Parking is in the in 2 car garage accessible from the alley behind the property.

Trash disposal
Trash day is Friday. If you are staying in the house on Thursday night, and the bins need to be taken out, they must be taken out after sunset on Thursday.

If you’re staying in the house on Friday night, and bins need to be taken in, they must be returned to the original location behind the gate at the southwest corner of the property. Bins must be taken in by 10pm on Friday.
