Splash, surf, or relax all day at the beach or explore the charming Cardiff-by-the-Sea town, all within an easy 15 minute walk. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this contemporary home. The space features an open-concept layout, bright natural sunlight, and tasteful furnishings and décor. This retreat house makes for the perfect home base. It is a private twin home with 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious open-concept kitchen, large den, built-in office, dining and living room, 2 car garage and private driveway, and 4 decks including a rooftop deck with ocean view! Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the many beautiful sights of San Diego. Enjoy one of the nearby gorgeous beaches or head to a local farmer’s market, Del Mar Racetrack, Torrey Pines Golf Course and Legoland are all just a short drive. Visit downtown, Balboa Park, Sea World or the San Diego Zoo some of the many sights America’s Finest City has to offer, all within a short 25 minute drive. Wrap up the day out on the rooftop deck, enjoying a glass of wine with your loved ones, while admiring the ocean view and stunning sunsets. Cardiff Reef Retreat is tucked away on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, west of Highway 5 (you can see and hear the freeway from outside the back of the house, not inside). Although shops and restaurants are only a ten minute walk away, and the beach is a 15 minute walk, it is a peaceful neighborhood. This tranquil getaway has everything you will need to enjoy your stay and is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy.
*The house has lots of stairs and high decks and the walk to the beach is hilly and there are no sidewalks for part of the walk.

Stay off deck railings and roof tops. Supervise children on decks and around fireplace, glass will remain hot even after use.
Nothing can be flushed other than toilet paper in toilets' (no flushable wipes or wipes of any kind) it will brake the sump pump.
