Large entrance lobby leading to games room, lounge/diner and kitchen, and there's also a ground floor w/c under the stairs. The living room has just been upgraded to include a gigantic 80 inch Smart TV with a full Sports & Movies Virgin TV package. (Pictures will follow once all upgrades are complete)

Enjoy a round of pool on a full size professional table. Take the oche and throw a few darts, can you score 180 or a bullseye? There's also a full size smart TV with Virgin Media and full sports and movies.

Secure off street parking garage accessed from the rear lane. A remote roller shutter door leads to space for parking one large vehicle (or two small cars). There is an EV charger (Type 2) free to use, see the pictures for more details.
Guest access
Guests have unlimited access to the entire 4 bedroom home and garden space.
Other things to note
*HOT TUB: The 6 seater Hydro-Pool hot tub is maintained and available all year round and on request after booking. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled, heated and balanced before every stay. There is a one of charge of £60 payable on arrival.
The hot tub can only be operated between the hours of 9am and 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours and in line with our quiet time rules. We'll quickly show you how to use the simple electronic controls when you check in so you can jump in, relax and enjoy the warm invigorating bubbles.
We use noise level monitoring devices across all our properties to ensure our quiet time rule is observed. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot listen or record activity in the property. Our properties have both residents and neighbours in adjacent properties that we must respect at all times. Everyone deserves a peaceful nights sleep when they stay with us, so please choose and book only if our properties suit the type of stay that is permissible and meets your needs. It will avoid us all any unnecessary hassle during your stay.
