Advertises itself as spa hotel, reserved a room for a member of staff to have a well earned break in a spa, then arrives to be told it’s £30 per person per hour, doesn’t advertise there is a supplement to use the spa and iv never stayed at a spa hotel which then charges guests to use the spa. I reserved a premium room and paid extra for breakfast and would not have booked the room at all if I was told it was £30 per person per hour to use the spa. Misleading, mis sold, disgraceful

We went to the arena for a concert and this hotel is only a few minutes walk from the gates. The hotel is lovely with quality bedding and pillows and a great breakfast. Nice bar area too......we'd definitely go back
