Have requested my invoice for the deposit several times now and still not been sent it. Didnt get sent lock box code on day of check in at 4pm despite sending all required info. Had to call and ask for it to be sent at 5:30. Deposit system was difficult and not clear. Property itself was ok but not worth the hassle for a work stay.
