"We visit the area a lot to see family so I've stayed in quite a few rentals here. This is my first time at this property and I would stay again. Looks just like the listing. I appreciate the simple layout for our needs. 3 bedrooms meant we were comfortable at night. I thought the one king bed was pretty soft and the other firm; both comfy just think that's helpful to some to know. The living area and kitchen/dining space aren't huge but again you should know that from the pictures and it worked...

"Sip Into Sunset was a wonderful getaway! The cottage is well-stocked with just about everything you could imagine needing (except ice- bring that!) and the sunsets were *amazing*! "Cannot beat this location. The private beach was just incredible. We came with two dogs who enjoyed going for a swim each morning. The kids loved hanging out on the beach all day. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. When we arrived the first night the lights were on and music was gently playing. Thoughtful touches that were very much appreciated. "The description of the property does no justice once you arrive. It’s very quiet, as clean as can be, and everything that is listed is correct. There is now a beautiful new pier in the back yard for easy launching of the kayaks, which the kids enjoyed every afternoon. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"

"So much fun to stay in a 1917 farm house. Unfortunately didn’t appear haunted but we did have a mouse visit last night. We probably should have anticipated that in a farm house & put our snacks away better. Loved the view, the hot tub, firepit, the very comfortable beds, the veranda/sunroom, etc. We would’ve made use of the kayaks had the weekend not been a total rainout. We did make good use of the rain boots for a beautiful walk. Perfect getaway location."
