Geraldine was very communicative and answered us quickly. Even reminded us to visit the Sunday market. House is charming. "This little tucked away home was perfect for our Normandy getaway. We were minutes from Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery, 1.5 hours to Mont St. Michel, and 2 hours to Honfleur. The house is very well-appointed, Jean has made sure everything is covered! Kitchen appliances and anything needed to make a meal was available. Bed was very comfortable. "This house is exceptional. Everyone in our party enjoyed having their own room, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The lighthouse portion of the house was a hit! It was also good to have a washer and dryer as we have had an extended stay in France. The views are exceptional and we loved Port en Bessin. Wonderful Sunday market, great restaurants and bakeries. Had a wonderful time here and would recommend it for families."

"No meet& Greet. Just collect key in Bayeux and drop off in Bayeux on completion. Very inconvenient. The property description made no ref. to the living accom. being at 1st floor level up what can only be described at best as an extremely demanding staircase up which, on arrival we had somehow to drag our luggage and at the end of our holiday get our cases down. Three level changes as soon as you opened the entrance door! Toilet and bathroom facilities are at ground floor level so you can imagine...

"I stayed here with my family in May 2024. Home is lovely, just as described. It had everything we needed and was close to Omaha Beach. The grocery store was a quick drive. Pretty backyard that we relaxed in the evening. As mentioned it does have many stairs but was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay there."

"This property is really great. The pictures don’t show how spacious it actually is. It was super clean, comfortable and well equipped. The farm is beautiful, with a lovely view, and it was fun to visit the cows. It’s very quiet and relaxing. The farm itself is so clean, it’s just a beautiful spot. "The property was clean and as described. However, only one toilet roll was provided, there were no dishwasher tablets. The towels were small and of a poor standard. The smoke alarm was abandoned on top of the fridge with batteries removed. The property is located in a small town. The location was beautiful. There was a bar and attached mini market selling local produce. There was a creparie and a restaurant About two weeks ahead of arrival I received a form from Book&Pay (some third party)...

"Outdoor pool is heated. Property is right next to ocean and easy to walk to local restaurants. Note that you should make reservations in advance for the local restaurants as they are small and can be full."

However, our studio was very disappointing, although well equipped it was not in good repair. We had a broken shower that had to be fixed, we had a hotplate that didn't work and on our third day we had no hotwater.
