"Amazing stay at Cameron House. We were given a room upgrade to a suite on arrival and had wonderful views over the loch. Have always loved staying here in the past but hadn’t visited since the reopening. We were thrilled to be back and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We were blessed with fabulous sunshine all weekend too. "

"We book the cabins frequently, every 6 months, 4 of us. The cabins now seem to be getting a bit tired looking. Needing a spruce up, some painting, maintenance. In our cabin this time there was a small oil heater as the fire was broken. We reported it so that maybe the next booking could have a nice fire. The coffee machine was also broke and we reported this as well. When we took the “plastic” glasses from the cupboard one had lipstick marks on it. We reported this too and asked for glass wine glasses. I just feel if this is meant to be luxury its missing the mark. The sofas look a bit tired to and are definitely not comfortable. "

"Had a great stay but the set up for using spa area and pool is very poor for hotel guests , been going here for 5 years now and always enjoyed using hot tub etc now it’s 2 hr slots Had to book spa day and when time was up tried to pay for another 2 hrs but told fully booked even though place only had 12 people using , will find new place to go next year as only good for 1 night now unless u wish to pay extra £300 for spa day "

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The family room was clean and perfect for our needs. There were lots of choices on the breakfast menu and the restaurant had a homely atmosphere. "

"What a pleasant surprise to walk into our room, the room was lovely decorated and felt welcoming. The cleanliness of the both the bathroom and bedroom was of a high standard, lovely clean carpets and furniture. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The atmosphere in the bar was really nice and the bar staff attentive and friendly. Also it was great to be able to park my car right outside the hotel, very convenient. The hotel was quiet throughout the night which added to a peaceful night. Over all a very pleasant stay and I would have no doubts about staying at the Tontine hotel again. "
