"We’ve stayed here multiple times and never had a complaint until now. The toilet has mildew around the rim and there was hair on the bedside table had hair on it. There was gum or something stuck on one of the bedside lamps. The toilet overflowed and I had a hard time explaining this to the owner (female) due to language barrier. She did walk up stairs so I could show her. All the soda machines were out of order. The juice machine in the lobby didn’t work and at 8:30, there was no coffee made in the lobby. They used to have continental breakfast but she said they only offer that in the summer. "

"Beautiful and relaxing. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it did not disappoint. We absolutely loved staying at Colonial Beach and our VRBO was amazing. It was quiet and comfy. Just perfect. We will be back! "
