"The check-in was fast and trouble free. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times before and always find it convenient and comfortable. One small thing - it would help to have a trolley to put used crockery on in the restaurant as some of the tables are rather small. Thank you."

"I would have given higher marks had the communal areas (entrance) been hoovered a little more. Despite some of the negative reviews I stayed in Rm 24 and had absolutely no complaints about it. Staff were really helpful"

"The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back!"
