Country house 70 m2 (5 people) on 5000 m2 of land with trees, 5 minutes walk from the beach in Peru and 10 minutes drive from the shops.

The mountain is about 45 minutes by car (the GR20 trails, lakes, etc ...)

The rental is close to the road that connects D81 to Piana Cargese region and Porto, with easy access to scenic tours and beaches among the most beautiful of Corsica.

Logement à rafraîchir, emplacement sympa.Dommage que l'hôte ne communique pas beaucoup. Nous avons dû appeler pour indiquer l'heure de notre arrivée, malgré un message envoyé la veille sans réponse de sa part. Pareil pour notre départ, un sms lui a été envoyé lui notifiant notre depart ( et un souci qu'il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude depuis la veille) aucun retour de sa part.... bizarre

Charmante petite maison au calme sur un vaste terrain. (malheureusement, la sécheresse est passée par là...) Maison toute simple: un grand séjour-salle à manger, une chambre de chaque côté avec chacun un WC et une salle de bain.1 lit double dans chaque et un lit simple dans la chambre bleue.La terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin avec les geais qui passent, le calme, protégée par la varangue comme on dit à la Réunion. La plage du Peru accessible à pied (route) en 10 minutes. Bref, séjour très agréable.

Logement spatieux avec 2 salles de bain ( idéal pour 2 couples)Terrasse avec Haut vent pour prendre les repas en extérieur. Le jardin mériterait d'être un peu plus entretenu. Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun produit d'entretien pour le lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Il manque un peu de couverts et quelques produits de base alimentaire.

Mooi huis, aardige eigenaar, en hele rustige grote tuin. Omgeving; strand, bergen heel geschikt voor mooie wandelingen en strandleven. Leuke bars en restaurantjes bij het strand.

Localisation top pour visiter la région et randonner la plage du peru est proche et tres agréable

La maison est grande près bien située et au calme le jardin gagnerai à être entretenu...la végétation est luxuriante...et la tempête n'a pas aidé... Grandsalon salle à manger très bien équipés ..2 chambres avec leur propre salle de bains et WC cela est vraiment appréciable pour les 2 couples ...problème d'insatisfaction de fourmi en toiture sur le dessus faune salle de bain ..le propriétaire a traité et nous a indemnisé pour les inconvénients rencontrés Un barbecue sur la terrasse couverte nous a permis de faire des brochettes le soir .. Lave linge et lave vaisselle ont été apprécié également... Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Sehr schöne Lage mit riesigem Garten und fabelhafte Kommunikation mit Monsieur Canon. Plage de Péru ist fußläufig erreichbar und wir haben noch Tipps zu anderen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Un propriétaire très accueillant, mais un gîte qui à besoin d'être mieux entretenu

Un propriétaire très accueillant et qui a bien géré notre problème de coupure d'électricité. Mais un gîte qui demande à être bien mieux entretenu = jardin à nettoyer et vider de restes de chantier, état intérieur qui demande à être mieux entretenu pour permettre un bon séjour aux locataires (VMC vs les odeurs d'eau usée, poignée de porte à réparer, ..). Une situation géographique top pour découvrir Cargèse, Piana et Porto.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

L’environnement est reposant, pas de voisins, pas de bruit, pas de pollution visuelle, mais proche de la mer et du village. Dommage qu’il faille passer dans les chambres pour aller aux toilettes, pas pratique le matin et à l’heure de la sieste ! Hote discret et à l’écoute.

Idéalement situé à 3 kg du bourg à 10 min à pied de la première plage... pour visiter la région piana porto... Cargèse est une ville atypique...dont vous tomberez sous le charme. La maison est au calme... Idéal pour se reposer...les chambres sont se part et d'autres de la maison... Le soir on entend les vagues accompagnés du chant des grillons... Avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis

sehr schönes Haus in super Lage

Das geräumige Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem großen Garten. Es ist für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Der schöne Sandstrand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und liegt in einer traumhaften Bucht. Auch im August war er nicht überlaufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Cargese, das mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Von Cargese aus kann man schöne Ausflüge in Korsikas Bergwelt unternehmen.
