"House in an excellent location to visit the inland Brittany. Unfortunately the weather was not with us and we had to spend most of the time inside the house. The house is charming. The kitchen is nice, but we had to spend our time there since the rest of the house is not well furnished. There is not a table nor a comfortable sofa or armchair to sit and read outside the kitchen. Had we had better weather (no rain) we could have enjoyed the nice garden. Notice that the bed linen and towels are not...

"Das alte bretonische Steinhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, ist mit 136qm² und zusätzlichem Garten äußerst geräumig und hat eine angenehme ruhige Lage. Die Küche ist wie in einem Privathaushalt mit allem ausgestattet. Insgesamt ähnelt die Einrichtung des Hauses weniger einem Ferienhaus als einem Privathaus, das Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt wird: wunderschöne alte stilvolle Möbel und eine äußerst praktisch ausgestattete Küche. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"We were very warmly welcomed by our hosts who had a beautiful log fire going for us. The cottage is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nice and quiet and nothing is too far to visit. Even Brest is only an hour away. Would highly recommend"

"Le lieu est très agreable mais il aurait besoin d'un bon raffraichissement et d'un bon nettoyage. Les equipements sont datés et meriteraient un renouvellement (pas de micro onde/ pas de seche cheveux/ manque de materiel de cuisine (grande poele, casserole...). Et nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec me temps et n'avons pas profité de la piscine car elle n'etait pas chauffée. Dommage!"

"We found our stay to be mixed. First the good things - the house is spacious with plenty of room for a large family, the swimming pool is of a high quality and also of a good size, the people of Meslan (notably the baker, the pharmacist and the bar-keeper) were absolutely lovely and among the friendliest people that we have ever met in France. The less good things - Splinters, the deck around the pool is not well maintained and I pulled perhaps 20 splinters from our 3 kids feet over the 3 weeks...

"Nous avons passé un très bon week-end au gîte Le Cornouailles. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires et de leur adorable chien. Le gîte était très agréable et au calme, avec un espace jardin très sympathique pour profiter du beau temps. Tout est bien aménagé et fonctionnel. L'emplacement est idéal !"

"Nous avons sejournés 3 jours avec 3 enfants. Les 3 enfants ont pu logés dans la chambre sous les combles, il y a 2 lits dont un double! L'hote est sympathique et disposé à aider. La maison est une vieille maison et c'est dommage il manque un canapé dans le salon pour pouvoir s'installer une fois rentrés le soir ! A noter que draps, torchons, serviettes et meme papier toilette et gel douche ne sont pas fournis . Nous avons aussi racheté des éponges. La petite ville de belle-isles-en-terre...

"What a lovely comfortable gite to stop in for a week or more if you want. The enclosed garden was perfect for both of us and our dog. Carolyn was a great host. The area is beautiful with facilities available within 5 minutes and Huelgoat only 15 minutes away. We loved everything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
