"BAthrooms should have some sort of venting system, hot and humid everything stayed damp. Expected better food, below standard's compared to other RIU properties i've stayed at. Staff for the most part was very friendly. Not sure why but had to ask for Wash Cloths everyday, they were not delivered when towels were exchanged. Pool was very nice and always clean but feel it closes to early. Beach was always clean with beautiful views. Construction started way too early 6:00 AM"

"Older facility but kept spotless and all in excellent working order. Staff is the absolute gem of the resort- from the housekeeping, servers, bartenders, activities, bathroom asst. food prep you name it each and all with a smile and most delighted to be there. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Entertainment bonuses using both resorts as talent varies. All restaurants including Buffett and specialty were excellent. Did not go to casino- used concierge for excursion and transportation booking and all was amazing. "

"Everything was great except for the ocean. There was a level of silt on the ocean floor starting only a few yards into the water. Ruined the whole beach/ocean experience Wish I knew about this ahead of time. Silt issue was only on Palm Beach "

"It was supposed to be all inclusive but in fact it really wasn't. Room service wasn't included. You couldn't get reservations for the other restaurants on the property and you had to eat at the buffet for the first dinner. I've never heard of such a thing. We went off property to eat some nice meals but ended up spending even more money."

"Great location. Right on the beach. 3 onsite restaurants which are a little pricey but excellent food and service. Clean rooms and grounds and pools. Check in process is a little slow but the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. One warning, if you stay in building 7 on the even side of the building ( such as room numbers 7102, 7202, 7324, 7422, 7532, etc.) there is a restaurant/club next door to the resort that plays loud music until 1 or 2 AM. You are also within walking distance of many restaurants, clubs and entertainment. "
