"this was our 4th time to Swept Away. Perfect as always. the food, employees, beach, drinks, rooms; all of it is just perfect. The only thing i can complain about is the shower soap. it's awful. doesn't lather at all, leaves you feeling sticky & has a weird scent. Swept Away-do better for the girls.. everything else is magical. Make sure you upgrade to the beach veranda rooms, you won't regret it."

"I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. "When I was there the staff were not happy to be there. 2 of the three restaurants were closed two nights so to staffing issues. We had reservations for dinner and when arrived they were canceled without notice. The last day there did get better but definitely something going on with the staffing."

"Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . Still 5 star but dropped the ball on us this stay. Probably more my luck , then the norm."
