"Breakfast buffet is pretty amazing. Beds are so comfy. Rainhead shower is unbelievable! Bahamas Steakhouse is excellent. Pool is great, but I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get a skinny margarita that tasted decent. And why can’t Moscato wine be a free wine choice? Hell, I can buy a bottle at the store for $7. It’s not that expensive. "

"The whole experience was great! The resort was huge! The staff was AMAZING.. from the wait staff in the restaurants, to the cleaning crew and everyone in between were excellent!"

"-Room(s) credit should be worded as “coupon” NOT credit. We have two rooms, thought we have $900 in room credits per room, but it was a coupon anpply to excursions. Out of the $1,800 room credits, we could only use $40 coupon towards 4 people for snorkeling, $10 coupon applied per person. -Toilet not strong at all. -Staffs were very nice and friendly, except front desk Timmarley guy. -Wish the staffs had food, water and shelter for the family of five cats (mother and 4 kittens) living on property. The cats were so hungry every evening. -Rose Hall buffet is best. The other 4 restaurants, ok."

Restaurants were excellent, buffet was average no labels for food, room service was terrible food quality and the menu was not great. The grounds were nice alot of greenery. Could have more night entertainment options. Drinks were average. "
