"The property is very nice, and the property was picturesque, overlooking the river. They set out fruit daily for the birds, so we got to see some very colorful ones. The staff was very nice and were as helpful to us as much as they were able. They had a pool, a hot tub, and a gym, but we didn't use them. Rooms were clean and they had all the necessary amenities to be comfortable (small refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, BBQ stove, a private terrace), However, the hotel has way too many rules and policies which makes it unwelcoming. "I stayed at the tree house unit. Very secluded and totally surrounded by nature with no neighbors. A few bugs but that is to be expected with an open kitchen area and sleeping in a tree house. Would highly recommend for the more adventurous. They also have private enclosed cabine to rent with all the facilities required. Pool are was very nice and all of the landscaping was excellent. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"Cool location in the lush jungle with walking paths and warm water! I only lost a little skin on the waterslide, but still so fun! The included hike to hospital point was surprisingly perfect. Nightime underwater glow worms were a trip! I didn’t book this room, but they put me in a sea urchin shaped upsides pool, it was cool. The second night I did get eaten alive by mosquitoes (from under the door and ceiling circle air vent wasn't a perfect closure. Fan was very needed, but still a bit hot one...
