"Karen was very responsive when we made our reservation, and we found everything to be really wonderful at the cabin. The location on the lake was spectacular and it was a joy to relax on the deck as the cool breeze blew off of the lake. The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, sheets and linens were provided and were of very good quality. The cabin was very quiet, dog friendly, with plenty of room for two people. While we didn't use the nicely remodeled kitchen, the appliances all seem new and in great shape. It's a terrific location for rest and relaxation, with the town of Chester about 15 minutes away. The damage from the Dixie fire was not evident around this area of Lake Almanor and the beautiful pine trees were lovely. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock and jumping in the cool, clean water. If you have a boat, there's a slip provided for you, which would be very convenient. All in all, a fabulous stay."

"Simple living with a "front row covered porch seat" to view the lake. Spent the first hour of our mini vacation on the porch watching the rain fall and listening to thunder. What a treat!Minor maintenance issue taken care of immediately! Don't hesitate to rent this cute and cozy studio cabin.Excellent dining very near. All in all a delightful 3 days."

"Easy access, owner’s responded immediately to any questions. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, roomy and well lit. Room was nicely decorated and spacious, even had a large walk in closet with plenty of room to store our suitcases. Owners are super nice people!"

"We had a family of 10 from 8 years old to 73. Had an amazing time, the home is beautiful, had everything we needed for our families. Dee was attentive, always answered my questions in a timely manner. We rented a boat so the dock came in very handy, the last day we just stayed on the lower dock and the kids had a blast jumping off the dock, as we took advantage of the great furniture they had on the lower dock. Been to Lake Almanor numerous times and this was our favorite place to stay. Thank you"

"We had the most wonderful vacation in Lake Almanor Country Club. There is nothing better than being at the lake. Connie and Jerry were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place. "
