The address provided through VRBO was incorrect, and the lodge was listed under a different name. With no cell service in the canyon, our group spent over an hour trying to find the property. Top Caribou County Hotel Reviews

Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Alpine

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed in Alpine, which is just a crossroads, because we didn't want to fight the tourist crush in Jackson, but the drive back and forth to/from Jackson is gorgeous and not to be missed. This hotel was all that we hoped for, although the satellite TV had to be re-booted in order to get sound on night."

Clover Creek Inn

8/10 Good

"This is a renovated property in the style of what used to be called "motor inns" - two stories, but the rooms open onto exterior sidewalks rather than interior halls . Our ground floor room was nice and it was scrupulously clean. Everything worked just fine. We enjoyed a drink at the little "Sports Lounge" that operates on the site. The morning breakfast was good and had plenty of options. And the staff were all very nice."
