Villa Anna Messina in Carini overlooks the sea and has step-free interiors. The 70 m² property comprises a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated home office workspace, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine and beach/pool towels. The private outdoor area has a pool (open May–September), a garden, a terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.



The villa enjoys a quiet yet central location, just 800 metres from Piraineto station, 1.4 km from the beach and 5 km from the airport. Palermo is easily reached in around 30 minutes by train. Several beaches, sports activities and a variety of restaurants are nearby.

Please note: shorter stays without kitchen access are available in winter; the kitchen is available for stays of more than 3 nights.



One parking space is available. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. The multilingual owner lives on the villa's second floor but ensures guests' privacy. He is always available and can help arrange activities to make your stay more enjoyable.



The property follows waste-sorting guidelines, with further information available on site. It also features energy-efficient lighting, and some electricity is generated by solar panels.
