I rated it only 4 stars due to location of 2 of the bedrooms which could only be accessed from outside the house (one through an upstairs bathroom door & another thru kitchen door). The book with house info was in an upstairs bedroom, so we did not initially see it. We wandered around trying to find the 2 missing bedrooms. Also there was only 1 key for the 2 rooms(?). "The suite had everything we needed…comfortable bed, hot water with good water pressure, the AC worked great. They have quiet hours at night which we appreciated. We brought blankets like we usually do when traveling. Parking is convenient. There is a trail a few blocks away with a great view of the French Quarter that leads to the ferry, which we took advantage of while we were there."
