"Great location — a short walk to the French Quarter and trams/buses. The room was lovely; the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated not being able to hear anything from other guests in their rooms, and service was impressively fast whenever I made a request. The foyer/bar/restaurant area was beautifully designed and relaxing to spend time in. The downside? Lots of light from the bedroom windows 24/7 and lots of doors slamming (highly sprung fire doors) with conversations in the hallways you could hear clearly through the large gap under the bedroom door. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, and the water was scalding hot! Overall, the staff were attentive, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would stay again."
