"The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. "

"I liked the space and condition inside, outside, entries abd walk ways were pretty shabby. There were screaming drunk or drugged get togethers both above us and on the next door property. A lot of the walls had dirty smudges, inside unit, however everything else seemed clean and tidy."

"This place is close enough to st Charles to hop on the trolley, but it’s a bit of a hike to get to most neighborhoods you are coming to NOLA to see. It’s built to be a short-term rental, so don’t expect the Ritz, but there is plenty of space with 3 bedrooms (and one tiny bedroom that we made fun of). The place is clean and feels safe. "
