Beach Chic Studio Condo in the Balboa building just inside the gates of the resort. This peaceful space is just steps from the LaCosta Spa. Enjoy a game of golf or dinner at Bob's Steak House. Grab a cup of Peets's coffee or a sandwich at the Marketplace. A short walk outside the resort is Gelson's to either grab a few things to cook a meal in your condo, or shop online and have your goodies delivered. Heading to the beach? No problem! South Ponto Beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Shopping? We have some of the best shopping in the area. Premium Outlets are 8 minutes away and the Forum is only 5 minutes.

A: Yes some: Restaurants, Shopping, Spa/Salon,and Golf are available to anyone.
Q: Could you please tell me about your cancellation policy?
A: Anything booked within 30 days of arrival, there will be no refund. $250.00 cancellation fee at any point. Purchasing travel insurance is always a good idea. We offer this through CSA if you are interested.
Q: Is there both a washer and dryer in the unit?
A: Yes
Q: What is your check-in and check-out time?
A: Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am
Q: Is the condo stocked with paper products (plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, tissue)?
A: Yes.
Q: Are bath towels provided?
A: Yes
Q: Do condo guests have access to any of the Resort pools & Tennis courts?
A: No - That is a members only area. (You do have your own pool behind the complex.)
