Great Location

We had a great stay. Place was clean and had a well supplied kitchen. We had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. So easy to walk to the beach and watch the beautiful sun sets, coffee and plenty of places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Communication is with Owen we/property manager was easy and they were very responsive. Laundry is a shared amenity but it was also clean and easy.

Owners were responsive and accommodating; the pictures online were exactly what we experienced. Location was perfect - we did not have a car but there were so many places close by that walking was not a problem (even walked to Vons). Took the Coaster several times which was easy and inexpensive. Will definitely stay here again.

This location was awesome! A few steps to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Didn"t have to drive for a week! Our unit was spotless and the beds were comfy! Perfect if you have kids. For one week we lived the California Life! We also have made our reservations for next year!

Close to everything Carlsbad, but description is, well….

Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops of Carlsbad. A couple of things to note in the property description: 1) Not too sure that 2 inverters (one in each bedroom, but no a/c in the living area) constitute “ state of the art air conditioning” 2) the property and furnishings may have been updated at some point, but not too recently 3) the use of the word “luxury” is a stretch and 4) the “ocean view” is minimal as you mainly look at the back of the hotel to the west.

Great Beach Location

Our condo was on the second story. I liked that we had an assigned parking spot. The location was amazing. We walked to the beach and we walked to dinner every evening. Everything was so close and accessible. The condo provided beach equipment, towels, and everything needed in the kitchen. There was a separate laundry room but it was easily accessible. There were grills , too, but we didn’t use them. The condo was nice and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were modern. A beach wagon was also provided, and Shawn, one of the managers, helped us with getting the wagon. He was very helpful.

Very responsive host

There were many pluses. The property was very clean. The pots and pans were of a higher quality than most rentals I’ve stayed in. The towels were plusher than the usual. Shampoos, body and hand soap, and dish detergent were all provided. The furnished beach equipment was a big bonus. And the beds were very comfortable.We had a few issues that were addressed immediately by management - most responsive host of any property I’ve stayed in. The only negatives would be that while the bedrooms have air conditioning, the living room does not. This necessitates keeping the windows open, and there is alot of street noise and even more noise due to the bar next door - many loud motorcycles stopped at the bar all weekend long and there were multiple trash trucks for the bar, for the hotel next door and for the Property complex on a daily basis.
