Great customer service when we arrived. The room had an ocean view and a balcony, which was very nice. Rooms are well separated, so there was no noise from others. The WiFi was easy to connect and reconnected when you return to the room.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The location was perfect and very convenient, and the staff truly stood out. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and were always happy to answer questions or help with anything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The property is very nicely maintained and the pool area welcoming and tropical. The views of the beach are the highlight of the property , especially from the upper terrace. The front desk was efficient but didn’t feel like he was overly eager to answer questions. Overall a pleasant stay. The proximity to the beach…amazing

Loved this place! So easy, nice, and clean. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The beach is beautiful, couldn’t really swim there because high surf, but nice to sit on the patio and hear the waves. Car noise isn’t bad. The breakfast was good - sausage, bacon, eggs, and waffles. Kids loved the rec room!! Free parking also appreciated!

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this family-focused hotel. We booked last minute and got a first floor patio room with ocean view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, but next time we would book a higher floor. There will be a next time! Carlsbad is only a hour away from where we live, so it was good for a quick getaway from the heat. It is just steps from a nice restaurant that's been there for 50 years and a quick walk across the highway to sit on the beach (loved watching the surfers). Lots of families book it for a week in summer and that is perfect because Legoland and other attractions are close by. The pool is large and we we enjoyed seeing kids having fun, but maybe not so enjoyable for younger couples. The breakfast was nothing special but very convenient.
