Limited kitchen items; no coffee pods for Keurig, no salt & pepper or any other kitchen items that you’d expect in a vrbo. Sheets and towels low quality; not luxurious by any means. Rented in December so a bit chilly and no rugs in unit for warmth. No thermostat or HVAC. Two small wall heaters. Parking is tough at the beach so was a hassle every...

I asked that we be moved to a better location when we checked in but we were told that the resort was full, too bad so sad. I appreciated Cathy giving them a call but to no avail. Otherwise the Aviara is a knockout in stunning Carlsbad. I’m a bit nervous about booking in the future as I was told that owners will get priority locations. This may have been a one off unfortunate situation as owners...
