Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"We were expecting a rustic eco stay, this does not mean however, health and safety should be ignored. The floor in the bathroom is very spongy, one board in particular almost gave way. The floorboards in the main hut were very uneven causing injury to my feet. The steps outside were rotting away. There are no utensils in the hut so the few teabags and open bag of sugar (no coffee) could not be used. There are a couple of mugs though! Struggled to get the hot water to work in the shower. "We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house hugely surpassed our expectations and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a group of 17. Richard and Sue were great hosts and very responsive during the booking process and our stay. Will definitely be coming back!"
