Lovely hotel in the centre of Carmarthen. Room was clean and comfortable with enough tea/coffee for my visit. Lovely cooked breakfast (plus cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices and coffee available to help yourself) all served by friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely stay again!

Located in the centre of town and with a car park which is very useful. Really helpful communication prior to arrival and a friendly welcome. The room was big and comfortable. A good selection at breakfast. We stayed here for one night to break up a bigger journey and would not hesitate to book again if we had to repeat this.

The hotel is well maintained and presented. It feels recently refurbed. The room was good and the bed was super comfy! We had a rear facing room and it was very peaceful. The staff were bright and cheerful from the moment they met us to the moment we departed - that’s all staff, by the way, that we met. The entrance to the car park is tight but fine if you go slow and reverse a little to square up for the drive in. Excellent shopping / anmenities in town too. Overall, a very pleasant place for us to stay while visiting family locally. Will use again!

I stayed in the “cosy double” and was pleasantly surprised, the room was bigger than expected, very comfortable and clean. I got to enjoy a nice long bath after an hard couple of days and enjoyed my stay. All this was made even better by the lovely lady on reception who went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy, she is a credit to the hotel.

Lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was severed hot. No dinner served at this hotel. If eating out, be sure to book ahead of time as always full with no space to spare. Parking was a bit tight, but managed with a big SUV.

Parking ok if but a little difficult to get to. The access is very narrow. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and efficient. Shops are near by and a really good Indian restaurant is across the road.

I was very happy with our stay at Spilman hotel. We were running a bit late, but we call the hotel, and explain our situation. The very friendly Lady who answered the phone, insured that all was waiting for us. We manage to arrive before closing hours. I got a nice cold Guinness before bar closed. Breakfast was very good. Everything was good. I will return next time I visit Carmighten.
