"Excellent location near Carmel Center. All rooms overlook Haifa Bay. Beautiful neighborhood with many excellent restaurant choices. This is a favorite hotel which I return to often over the years."

"Hotel run down but in nice residential area. Ran out of toilet paper during stay because I extended from 4 days to 13 and the 'residence section has no service. Was refused refund on last 3 nights when I checked out early. Not really happy."
