"Hotel is clean , employee's are very friendly and great customer service. The only issue is the toilet not flashing well and their trash can in the bathroom. Otherwise everything is great."

"Close to St Elmo Fort & The War Museum. Easy to walk to the centre of Valletta. The staff were lovely & very accommodating when I had to make several changes because of the Iran war & Lufthansa strikes. "

"It was a real joy to stay here! Small hotel with great staff and facilities, we really look forward to coming back. Just a few highlights: - Excellent breakfast, super buffet selection as well as a small menu of fresh-cooked plates, also including several great choices for vegetarians. - Exemplary service. We arrived before checkin time, but they were pleased to help us with the formalities, store luggage, give some tips for a short tour, and generally make us feel welcome. Special mention goes to the breakfast staff: I enjoy English brown (HP) sauce on my English breakfast, they had none when I asked but shortly after the meal was served there appeared a fresh bottle of HP Sauce - obviously sourced from a nearby store. Thank you! - Great rooftop terrace and bar. It was a bit too cool to try out the pool, but I'm sure that is a great experience as well. But the bar and views are outstanding! Extra special perk: the bar is open to the public, but hotel guests get a free drink per guest - per day! We do advise reserving your spot, as it fills up fast. Overall a wonderful location, facility and experience. Thanks again and again!"

"The room was very nice and breakfast was good. The lady who served the breakfast was very helpful and hardworking. We really appreciated what she did. The very big drawback about this hotel is the terrible problem of the noise from the bar next door. I have never stayed in a hotel in which even with earplugs it was hard to sleep due to the relentless pounding of the bass from the bar's music system till very late into the night. Potential guests need to be warned about this."

"Superb location in the heart of Valetta, and importantly, this is in a quiet residential side street so you're not affected by the noise and animation of Republic Street's restaurants and cafes. Staff are fabulous and buffet breakfast is great. No complaints and would recommend. Stayed here for 3 nights with my mother in 2 separate rooms. Room 205 is rather nicer than room 103 but both perfectly fine for a stay where most of the time you're out exploring. Take a swimming costume as there;s a small pool!"

"Good looking property in an excellent location for exploring Valletta. The staff were all friendly and happy to help. The includrd breakfast was mainly from a set menu, but they were happy to make adjustments for individual preferences."

"Customer Experience - Alexandra was excellent and went beyond to help. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved very well/quickly and got restaurant reservation / booking every night. The rooftop restaurant has the best view of Valletta and again the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool amazing and sun deck brilliant. Final thank you to night shift guy very friendly and hepfull."
