"We were traveling by bicycle and the lady at the reception told us to leave our bicycles there for them to be safe. We wanted to leave at 6am and the whole place was closed and reception locked from the inside with no way to retrieve our bikes. We called their mobile numbers and were told no one could help we would have to wait 3h until 9am... Very poor service when we told the lady at reception we didn't want breakfast because we were leaving very early at 6am and even asked where we could leave the keys for checkout. This delayed our trip on 3 hours which mean we only arrived at out destination late at night "
