In die Jahre gekommen

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem freundlichen Personal hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnanlage war schön, aber die Wohnung ist im Sanitärbereich und bei den technischen Geräten sanierungsbedürftig. Die Einzelbetten sind sehr schmal und kurz. Der Schlafbereich unter dem Treppenhaus der darüberliegenden Wohnung ist ungemütlich. Das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse waren relativ neu eingerichtet und ok. Die Küchengeräte wie Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank sollten erneuert werden.
