"A lovely house on the hills just outside the centre of Stresa. Well equipped (except for an iron), though it would have helped if instructions on how to operate appliances were supplied. Clean and spacious, with beautiful views and a lovely garden.It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stresa from the property, but a 30 minute walk back, because it is all uphill!"

"Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in lebendigem, sympathischen Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für zwei Familien gemietet. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. Draußen gäbe es auf dem Grundstück leider auch keinen schönen Ort, wo man sie aufstellen könnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst dürftig, teils in schlechtem Zustand (blechiges...

"Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. Im Ort und drum herum ist nicht viel los, auf der anderen Seite des Sees kann man mehr erleben. Wir haben deshalb ein paar Mal...

"We stayed in Robert’s beautiful terrace house for 3 days. We had a bit of trouble finding the house , but Robert was quick to find us help and we were escorted to the house ( with full luggage service thankfully , because it is a climb to the house ) . The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you would need . You quickly realize that long walk to the house is well worth it, because the views are absolutely to die for! "
