"Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The only "complaint" was walking from the water to the hotel- the hills are extremely steep. Other than that, which can't be helped, we couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotels!"

"The walls were very thin because the next door people were so loud at 1AM they seemed like they were in the same room as us. No sleep was had the first night. Also, wished the continental breakfast was included with the stay. Ended up eating one time in the hotel restaurant but it wasn’t very pleasant. Know one waiting on us unless we waved them down and the price was expensive for what you got. Went elsewhere next day."

"The room was comedically small and overpriced. With that said, it was very clean and comfy. I felt safe in the hotel and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was convenient. It was very “homey”. I dunno, I’d stay there again. 💙"

"The hotel is well maintained for an older hotel. Roof top patio was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Location was great and easy to get around downtown and take bus to stadium. They have a night guard which is nice. It is downtown so you have a lot of homeless as to be expected for large city downtown core. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. I would stay again"
