The staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming, which really enhanced the experience. The food was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and thoroughly enjoyable. "My wife and I had the breakfast and dinner package and everything tasted amazing. The pool and lamdscaping areas were gorgeous. Our only issue was that the room and bathroom need to be updated. The shower we had was extremely tiny and narrow. There wasnt ventilation in the bathroom area either. The room did not have sufficient electrical outlets and had no usb ports. The room was extremely bright. Thankfully they sent someone to cover the window which made the brightness not so bad but you would think it is morning in the room even when it is nightime. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also dinner was too late (7:00 pm)."

"Beautiful area and view. The room was spotless clean and beds comfortable. The staff was courteous. The tiled pathway to room was slippery, need handrails and non slip mats in certain areas before the infinity pool. Bathrooms need support hand bars. Moving from the room back to reception area with luggage was difficult, esp. climbing the curved stairway."
